I had a problem with a 3rd party booking and Zoey and Tristian went out of there way to help me. I can’t tell you how nice it is to count on the staff these days. The location was perfect for me as it is half way between Naples and Cape Coral where I needed to be The breakfast was excellent. The chef accommodated me with a made to order omelette even though I was a little late. Tables were always clean and staff was always helpful

Pool and hot tub were very busy saturday so we skipped it, but was able to enjoy it sunday. Breakfast jad a nice spread of choices.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was equipped with fridge and microwave and that was really nice since we arrived late and had leftover food. Room was clean and we felt safe.

I loved how the receptionist receives guests with great charisma, professionalism, and her passion for her work. I got a suite, very comfortable and spacious, I'll definitely come back here.

Breakfast, Staff in Embassy Suites Fort Myers - Estero

The breakfast is really good. The hotel is a wonderful hotel, the staff especially Kelli. We had two reservations, one for two nights and the other for one night, we would have had to check out and then check back in, but Kelli helped us to where we did not had to move to another room. We stayed in the same room we had. My husband loves this hotel. This is our third stay in this hotel. It's a five star for us. We will definitely be back.
